estimation FREEBIE

So I posted awhile ago about this book Lucky Beans. You can view it here!

Well this book would make a great tie-in with math and especially estimation, because this is exactly what happens in the book.  This book would also be a great tie-in with social studies because of the time period the story is written in…don’t you love books like that!

I created this FREEBIE to go with the book regarding estimation.  There are different ways to estimate and after exploring the different ways and discussing the book as a class, this would give the students a way to think about what they just read and relate math concepts.

Check it out and let me know what you think!

Big week coming up for me!!! Hope everyone had a good weekend!
