Twizzler Words!
I was in a classroom today and they worked on practicing their spelling words with Twizzlers!!
Candy in the classroom…..you know I’m a fan! Remember the infamous Gummy Bear Lab.
I thought this was a really cool way to engage students in a hands- on way.
Granted this was a smaller class so this was an option and not to costly but if you had parent volunteers or a super fun day planned this is a great way to incorporate candy into school.
Each student received 1/2 a Twizzler and they took apart the strands to spell the words!!
I didn’t get time to snap any pictures because of the busy morning, what a FUN spelling activity and I can’t even tell you how much the students enjoyed it.
This class even took it very seriously!
