Class List checklist at your fingertips will save your teacher sanity

A class list checklist is something EVERY teacher needs! Seems simple but management wise saved my sanity so many times. This is something I do every back to school season and have on the ready. It is extremely easy to prep and I have FREE download for you to do just that!

Essentially we are speaking of a checklist with list of students and lots of columns. I would create this at the beginning of the year to use as a template and then add students and make copies. This class list checklist lived on my clipboard and stayed in my podium or desk!

Every student gets positive feedback? Class list checklist

You get the idea.

It made everything easy – I probably went through one a week and my students who had jobs in our classroom also used them if they needed to do checks and to make sure they got everyone. These are perfect for Back to School Time – easy to prep and have on hand!

I love the simplicity. I could use folders, call out student names, but having my colored pens and the soul satisfying check mark really resonated with me and made it easy. This would work just as well on an iPad and uploaded to a location to do electronically.

I leave a good amount of space at the top to fill in whatever I happen to collect or be checking off. I like using a different color pen for each column as well. Leaving the columns larger leaves space for notes in addition to just checking off if you want that option.

A Class list checklist is VITAL in staying organized and makes keeping track of the day to day tasks that much easier.

Here are some FREE versions to add your student names to – just add in student names!
