If you want to read about the Dessert Tasting we did in Branson – that post is here:

You can even grab your FREE scorecard to taste the places yourself!

I blog on travel and if you do travel with kids you need:

Mel’s Hard Luck Diner: Sing for Your Supper in Branson’s Quirkiest Restaurant

If you’re looking for a unique dining experience in Branson, look no further than Mel’s Hard Luck Diner. Located on 76 Country Boulevard, this 50’s-style diner offers more than just delicious food – it also features a staff of talented singers who perform classic hits from the 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s.

One unique aspect of the diner is the “Sing for Your Supper” program, where aspiring singers can audition for a chance to perform on the diner’s stage in exchange for a meal. It’s a great way to experience Branson’s music scene firsthand.

We had the sweetest waitress Kelly. Another even asked us and a couple in group love the Carpenters so they got a special song. This is such a fun visit if you are looking to eat in Branson with lots of menu options and a fun atmosphere.

Silver Anvil Metal Craft: Unleash Your Inner Blacksmith in Branson’s Artisan Village

If you’re looking for a unique and hands-on experience in Branson, then a visit to Silver Anvil Metal Craft is a must. Whether you’re an experienced blacksmith or a first-timer, the skilled instructors at Silver Anvil will guide you through the process of heating, shaping, and forging metal to create your own custom piece.

The guys and girl in our group loved this activity. Super unique! There is definitely skill in crafting and most of the parts you do as a participant are hands on but not as much skill needed – still very cool working with the equipment and taking home a unique souvenir.

Overall, a visit to Silver Anvil Metal Craft is a great way to learn about the art of blacksmithing while creating a unique and personalized souvenir to take home from your Branson vacation.

Waterfall Trail: Hiking through the Hidden Gems of Branson’s Nature Scene

The Waterfall Trail is a must-visit destination for anyone looking for a peaceful and refreshing experience in Branson’s great outdoors. With its beautiful waterfall and serene natural surroundings, it’s the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life and connect with nature.

We wanted to do something cheaper on this morning in Branson so how about a hike.

We traveled this Waterfall trail – it was easy parking and location of the trailhead.

It was not an easy trail with many rocks and uneven footing but fun to traverse none the less. You do cross the creek in spots and could get your shoes wet (or more!) so be prepared. This was really fun for our group.

Crazy Craig’s Cheeky Monkey Bar: A Unique Food Spot in the Heart of Branson

Crazy Craig’s Cheeky Monkey Bar is a must-visit destination for anyone looking for a fun and memorable dining experience in Branson. Whether you’re with family or friends, the restaurant’s cozy atmosphere and delicious food make it the perfect spot for a casual meal or special occasion

Crazy Craig’s has multiple locations and looks seemingly innocent as a bar/dive on the outside. We loved the food here! (Birthday shirt got us a free drink!)

The theming is SO FUN with the drinks and food. There was games and outdoor seating. We’ll be back.

Downtown Flea Markets: Discovering Treasures and Bargains in Branson’s Bustling City Center

If you’re looking for a unique shopping experience in Branson, head to the Downtown Flea Markets. Located in the heart of historic downtown Branson, this vibrant marketplace features dozens of vendors selling a variety of antiques, collectibles, crafts, and souvenirs.

Downtown Branson is so fun to traverse. One of our favorite shops is the Main Street Flea Market with so many vendors and a rich building history – this stop is a must!

The Downtown Flea Markets is a popular attraction among both locals and visitors to Branson, offering a unique shopping experience in the heart of the city. With its charming atmosphere and wide variety of items available, it’s the perfect place to find a special memento of your trip or a unique gift for someone special.

What are some of your favorite spots in Branson? We loved finding these hidden gems on our last getaway.
