The interactive book can be used in a notebook or as a stand alone activity. It is great to introduce or review the figurative language concepts listed below. You can use it in addition to a poetry unit! Each term has the definition, examples, and space to practice the concept as well.
The terms included are: alliteration, hyperbole, metaphor, simile, onomatopoeia, personification, and idiom.
Included are sample pictures, directions, pages for each of the terms along with a cover. A couple pages have 2 options!
