NO PREP Listening Center!! I have been looking for a way to incorporate listening more into my upper elementary instruction! This QR linked listening center focused on Theme is perfect for your classroom!
This is ideal because students can listening and focus on 1 skill! The questions are rigorous- great for test prep.
This pack comes with 5 mats you can use in groups, whole class, or individually! Students complete the work in 5 easy steps:
1. SCAN the code
2. LISTEN to the story (I suggest they take notes to help)
3. ANSWER questions on the mat – my students use their own paper
4. CHECK – I have my students scan a partner’s work and if they have more than 2 wrong they choose a new mat to work on with me to improve their work on the skill.
Each mat also have AR info (number, reading level, and value) A Youtube link is provided if you do not have QR readers.
You can download FREE QR readers for any devices or computers or use the links instead.

Great product! Especially useful for centers if you have technology in the classroom. Allowed for the students to listen to multiple books without me having to read them all aloud.
